Using the Morning Tracker: Edit the titles ‘Habit 1’, ‘Habit 2’ Habit 3’ with your morning habits. To add a new column click the + and select Checkbox although 3 habits should be plenty to set yourself up for success. Each morning you will check off once you have completed that habit. A new line is automatically created at 00:00 GMT so that you can add your new entry in the morning. You can add your daily journal entry each morning by clicking ‘Add Journal Entry’. This is a template and you should feel free to customise it.
